Return and Refund Policy for buyers.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges ONLY on DEFECTIVE Products within 30 days of shipment. " IF " a return is accepted By Management for any other reason A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply. , chat, or call us 330-806-0728 with your order number, part number(s) to return, and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs we can only process return refunds to orginal card used on file. WE DO NOT RETURN ANY SHIPPING COSTS. ALL Items will be inspected before a return is accepted. IF a return is denied you are responsible for return shipping, if you DO NOT pay return shipping with in 30 Days your Items will be DEEMED ABANDONED. We also reserve the right to DENY any returns for any reason, OR OFFER in store credit instead of a refund.
Clearance items, discontinued items, Clutch Parts of any kind, Most Electronic Parts such as but not limited to 4X4 actuators, sensors, Winch controllers, spark plugs and special orders are not returnable for any reason.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you click that purchase button returns Cancelations or Changes to your order cannot be made we CAN NOT take off or add other products. Please double check your orders before you finalize them. we can only change or update Contact information. Returns if at all possible must be accepted by Management your order is subject to 25% FEE.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
if an item is accepted as a return.
Item must be New unopened in its original packaging undamaged.

Scratches,dings,dents, etc happen during shipping and dont warrant a REFUND,REPLACEMENT of any kind.
Shipping Charges Are subject to change for oversized products.
RNG Performance accepts no responsibility for special freight charges. Oversized packages will have additional shipping cost.
Shipping times may be delayed on Special Orders, Acessories, and CFMOTO Parts.
When RNG Performance Ships a Package an E-Mail will be sent with tracking to the Provided E-Mail on your order, Please check your Spam Folder and ALL Mail Folder, It is your job to follow that tracking and make sure you are Home, Or able to arrange pick up, We are NOT Responsible if a package shows delivery attempt, If package is returned to us we will contact you to get your package shipped back out to you this will incure extra shipping cost to you. If returned shipping cost is not paid with in 30 days of us contacting you your package will be deemed as abandoned and becomes our property, This does NOT warrant any refund of any kind.
Damages:
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Please inspect merchandise upon arrival. RNG Performance assumes no responsibility beyond transfer to carrier(s) in good order and is not responsible for lost items, damaged items, or delivery delays occurring thereafter. If goods are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately as a claim must be made with the carrier.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are packaged and are ready to ship within 1-2 business days of your order.

What happens if i claim a chargeback on and order i placed?
If you put a chargeback on us fraudulently we will fight it using your personal information on your order.
We will also charge you a fee of $90.00 for our troubles.
We will prosicute you to the fullest extent of the law.
Chargebacks are the same as theft and will NOT be tolerated. DONT BE A THEIF!
What is the warranty?
Aftermarket items vary by manufacturer, please contact us to check warranty on a specific item. CFMoto OEM parts are warranted against manufacture defects only for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. by our sole descression will we RETURN,REPLACE or REFUND you for your item.
There is no warranty on Parts Such as but not limited to, Clutch Parts, Lift kits, Wheel Spacers, Etc if an issue arises please contact us we will do our best to resolve any issues.
