Is there an exception to the primary clutch kit recommendation?
Yes. The UForce 1000 XL must have a helix.If you own a UForce 1000 XL, we recommend pairing the primary clutch kit with the correct helix for the best results.
When should I add a helix?
You should add a helix if:
- You own a UForce 1000 XL
- You are running larger-than-stock tires
- You ride in mud
- You tow or haul heavy loads
- You want stronger backshift performance
- You want a more complete clutch setup

If you are building a mud machine, big tire machine, lifted machine, or hard-use work machine, we recommend the Complete CFMOTO Clutch Kit.This kit is best for: Machines with CVTech Clutches

Why should I choose the complete clutch kit for a big tire or mud build?
Big tire and mud builds put more load on the clutch system.The complete clutch kit allows us to build your setup around:

We do not believe every machine should get the same one-size-fits-all clutch kit.
Do RNG clutch kits come with tools?

Do I need a different belt with my clutch kit?

Why does belt choice matter?
Belt size, material, and quality matter a lot in a CVT system.Many aftermarket belts are not the exact same dimensions or material as the belt your machine needs. That can cause problems that feel like clutching issues, even when the clutch kit is working correctly.For best results, use an OEM CFMOTO belt or RNG Performance belt.
Do you sell stage 1, stage 2, or stage 3 clutch kits?
No. At RNG Performance, we do not believe in basic one-size-fits-all stage kits.Every machine is different.Tire size, rider weight, passenger weight, cargo weight, mud use, trail riding, farm work, hunting, and towing all change what the clutch needs.That is why we build clutch setups based on the machine and how it is actually being used.
