• we have the right to reserve a restocking fee of no more than 20% on all returned items.
• Shipping Fees and card processing fees are not refundable. Paypal Fees are Refundable. 
• if you back order an item the item will ship once back in stock or we will refund your money after a 30 day waiting period. No Cancelations on any orders will be accepted, unless its a back ordered item and 30 days has passed we will give full refund except card processing fees we are charged or give you full store credit towrds another item.
• we cant cancel an order if the order has already been shipped you have 30 days to return the item back to us in full working order in brand new condition in the orginal unopened packaging, with your order number for a refund. Restocking fees of no more than 20% May apply Shippping costs are NOT Refundable Credit card processing fees are NOT refundable this is a 2.9% FEE.
• we have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• we can disable user accounts for any reason at any time.
• we will not share your personal information with anyone for any reason.
• ALL Orders will be shipped during normal business hours Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship. in most cases shipping is instant however during our busy season shipping times may vary.

We are NOT responsible for any modifications done to your Vehicle.

All parts and accessories should be installed by a trained Professional.

Modifications to ECU, Clutching, Suspension or any part of your Vehicle etc may void warranties Doing any of these things makes you Liable, These vehicles are intended to be used as the manufacturer suggests. Please note Red Neck Garage LLC is not liable for anything you change or add to your vehicle. All work should be done by a professional.

WE ACCEPT ZERO LIABILITY For anything you may cause by doing such things your Vehicle was not designed to do, We accept Zero Liability for any installation Errors to any parts that were not installed by US.
